flea control.

we found out days ago that hope has a flea problem.
so to prevent it from infecting our other dogs, we had her treated.
she now has to wear this collar to prevent her from licking herself (that didn't sound so right)...as she loves to like or as we call it, pedicure her paws.
poor dog had to sleep in the living room and was crying last night, begging for me to take her upstairs in the comfort of our air-conditioned room.
i had to put the industrial fan in front of her to help put her to sleep.
what a baby. she keeps on bumping around stuff coz of her collar. poor little hope. 2 days more to go til she can take a bath and get rid of her neck brace.

john and i had dinner at Shanghai Bistro last night at Eastwood. Food was ok..still different from authentic Chinese food. I have this thing for barbecued pork buns...(mini siopao) it has become a standard for me to determine if the resto's good or not. We probably won't be going back there anytime soon... not unless 2 dimsum hungry friends come along for an eat-all-you-can dimsum fest.

what to do on a long weekend? I'm dreading the coming work week...it's going to be a long week again for us (work this saturday!!!). til then.
